We are in need of an additional licensed agent on our team.

You must have a real estate license, but although preferred, experience is not required. If you are a self-starter and enjoy work/life flexibility, this position could be a good fit for you. We will provide any training you need, have a vast array of resources and support, and can help you become the best real estate agent you can be.

You must have a great attitude, be a willing learner, and be humble to feedback from seasoned professionals on our team. However, with some hustle and dedication, you can build a strong business for yourself with our backing.

We use various apps, programs and social media on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable using technology and adapting to new platforms over time. The position requires you are comfortable working from home & you should be a self-starter comfortable working with little supervision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrange & conduct home showings for buyers

  • Collaborate with clients to price their property and get it ready for being placed on the market

  • Maintain an understanding of the local real estate market so you can discuss value and trends

  • Promote, prep and host Open Houses for chosen team listings

  • Contribute to team marketing efforts — whether personal or larger team initiatives

  • Miscellaneous running around for signage, lockboxes, checks, etc.

  • Represent your clients’ best interest during contract negotiations

  • Communicate with clients regularly and check in periodically on their needs

  • Develop strategies to obtain new business and build your client portfolio with our assistance over time

  • Ongoing training and continuing education that we choose to attend as a team (in addition to NYS requirements)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must work from home, own a smartphone & computer, and be available many evenings & weekends

  • A commitment to ethical practices over the easy sale

  • Deeply committed to delivering an experience for our clients that sets a higher bar for the industry

  • An ability to manage miscellaneous client requests on Friday’s while covering for Team Lead
