In today's episode, Ryan joins Julie Blackman, owner of Farmers and Artisans in Snyder NY. Julie is part of the sixth generation working at her family’s business, Blackman Homestead Farm. Her hope was that this brick & mortar would become a focal point for the local food community, creating connections between producer & consumer & become a place of education. As the business grew, the store moved to Main Street in Snyder. The new location offered a fresh opportunity to expand both the bakery & prepared food offerings, as well as provide a growing variety of quality local foods. It is a true neighborhood corner store that takes pride in supporting & showcasing our rural farmers.

This a family-friendly, fun, and picturesque event space created by owners Jyl and Rico Rivera in the rural, vibrant community of West Falls, NY (near Buffalo). They have taken a historic farm growing blueberries for over 35 years to the next level by opening it to thousands of visitors.
