We are excited to start this process with you and look forward to meeting your real estate goals in this process.

First, we should tell you we like to communicate digitally. You will often receive information from us over email and text message. However, sometimes an old fashioned telephone call, or even a face-to-face meeting, is the best way to address your concerns and get you the information you need. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you want to chat in any of these ways. 

We believe being clear with you regarding our own needs for balance and time off is the kindest way to work together.

In our desire to give you the best possible service, our personal lives often take a backseat to the needs of our clients. We expect you're going to hold us accountable throughout this relationship and this mindset has led us to structuring team availability so we can all be more productive from week to week:

  • Messages received after 7pm Mon-Thur and after 5pm Fri-Sun will be returned the following morning. Evening real estate issues can rarely be addressed with key parties during off hours. (Of course, if we are negotiating offers or tending to a time-sensitive issue, we will be in touch that evening). 

  • Ryan is off on Fridays and Athina on Wednesdays. Please note that we have a licensed back-up agent on-call and ready to address your questions on these days. As a result, our team will be able to respond to 99% of your requests/questions, including:

    • Setting up showings

    • Answering questions on current transactions

    • Questions you may have on homes currently for sale

    • Contracts & addendums signed/edited/sent onto appropriate parties

    • Appraisals, home inspections & final walkthrus scheduled

    • Additionally, calls to list a home will be returned and some information collected before the Ryan calls the next day to schedule a meeting

  • Please note: Any text messages received after 7pm on the day before our designated days off will be returned the next morning we are back.

    HELPFUL HINT: The best way to receive an answer when we are off is to email us so that the team can address it ASAP.

We try our best to return calls & messages quickly so you are always in the best possible position to sell your home or make the next purchase. In fact, most feedback we receive mentions our attentive follow-up and responsiveness, so we know building in time for all us all to be at our best is the best path to achieving your bigger goals!
